It's May, my Birthday month! May tends to be such a reflective month and this year is no different.

I can't believe I'm 25 years old... 10 years ago at 15 I discovered my love for entertainment reporting and never looked back. It's crazy to look back to see what I've done and think of what I want to do.

25 is the age where I plan to focus on me, myself and I. I'm starting a new journey of becoming self-aware, more positive and living a more authentic life. I'm super keen to share everything on here.

Remain awesome,

3 Casting Options for Aladdin

Have you heard, Disney apparently can’t find an actor for Aladdin. They put out a casting call months ago for a Middle-Eastern or Indian descent male in his twenties and ages later the team and Gut Ritchie can’t find anyone! Yes guys, from the unknowns to potential A-list options, they’re now behind their preposed schedule to start shooting in July because… they simply can’t find the best Aladdin.

I totally understand wanting the perfect guy to do the job, but when you start looking there are a number of options that can be considered. But I guess they’ll overshadow Will Smith as the Genie which is what they don’t want… of course.

I mean, I’m no expert in selecting the right talent to perform on screen, but thought I’d share my three options of Indian and Middle-Eastern guys who are talented and look the part – but I’m not really looking at age might I point out. Whether they’re a triple threat who can act, sing and dance is another story… but hello, training? Honestly, how hard is it to cast one of the most notable characters around? Sigh. Perhaps harder than we think it seems.

Here are three actors who could nail playing Aladdin:

Dev Patel

Avan Jogia
