This week has been bringing some good news… and I have more good news. I’ve been given the opportunity to interview the main cast of the Disney Channel’s new original movie, Let It Shine for TeenZone Magazine. It’s premiered in some parts of the world, but not in South Africa. My interviews will be done in a way to accompany the movie premier when it happens.

A quick low down: the movie follows three teens; a girl, Roxie (Coco Jones) and two guys, Cyrus (Tyler James Williams) Kris (Trevor Jackson).  Cyrus writes a love song for his long time friend, Roxie. Before he can deliver the song, Cyrus’ best friend Kris delivers the song to Roxie and takes the credit. It has hip-hop, dance, and rap battles… things I love!

Sounds cool, right?

Like I’ve mentioned tons of times before, I have a secret obsession with all things Disney – you can never be too old for a good Disney movie.  Oh, and Tyler James Williams is best known for starring in Everybody Hates Chris – love that show!

So, I’m really excited and feel so honored.

Just a quick update to let you all know what is up.

New blog post up tomorrow. :)
