Lady Gaga is Coming To South Africa!

Lady Gaga is Coming To South Africa!

After Nicki Minaj, Lady Gaga is the next best thing when it comes to international performers I want to see live. After month’s of speculation and a week of obvious hits and clues, we can all finally shout and scream that ‘LADY GAGA IS COMING TO SOUTH AFRICA’ – I AM SO HAPPY I COULD DIE. A lot of people may think ‘what’s with the excitement!?’ but when you come from a country where very few insanely popular artists stop by for a concert, it is a HUGE thing. I’m really excited. Tickets start from R315 to R715 (that’s about US$40 to US$100). I have no clue where I want to be… maybe standing right at the front so I can see the Mother Monster better? I have no clue! I’m so excited because I only ever watch her Born This Way Ball concerts on TV….aaaaaah!!! So excited!

Here’s a bit of info from the press release:

Supporting Lady Gaga for the European and now South African leg of The Born This Way Ball is the newly reformed British rock band THE DARKNESS, best known for their hit “I Believe In A Thing Called Love”, and Lady Gaga’s longtime performance partner and DJ, LADY STARLIGHT, has been confirmed as a special guest.

About the show, the Hong Kong Daily News wrote “Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Ball is effortlessly brilliant in both the visual and musical sense,” while Seoul Daily said that with her “splendid and unprecedented stage, she is the absolute queen of pop!” Bangkok Business Newspaper said, “this concert is a PHENOMENON!”

And here is the seating chart for her Johannesburg concert – where to sit… hmmm. They letting people buy tickets from 9am tomorrow – so I better decide fast!

Have you guys seen Lady Gaga live in concert? I’d love to do an interview with her! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

You’re lucky for having an opportunity to watch Lady Gaga live at a concert! I’m happy that you’re excited for the concert :)! I know you’ll have fun regardless, but have fun! I haven’t really listened to Lady Gaga in 8 months :/. I probably overplayed every song XD.

Good luck with deciding with your seating! The sooner, the better :)! And maybe one day, you will have an opportunity to interview Lady Gaga :)!
