Happy New Year! ⭐️

How are we in 2019 already? Where has all the time gone by? It just feels that at times things go by in such a blur.

I don't want to set resolutions for the year, but rather mini-goals and challengers for myself. I may share some of my thoughts late on in the month to finally have a senseof accountability as I read back on this blog.

Stay great and pushing towards what you want. <3

Sending out all the good vibes,

2019: New Year, New Me

Is it too late in the month to be writing about thoughts and feelings for 2019? No, I don’t think so. January is one of those reflective months where you’ve still got a foot in the previous year as you mentally navigate the new calendar year.

I played around with the idea of sharing some of my hopes for 2019, and as you can tell have decided to let a few of them live online. I think it’s nice to be able to read back at what you hoped for and have a sense of accountability for what you were feeling at that time. So, here’s some of what I’m thinking:

How to order ColourPop from South Africa in 2018/2019

It’s been a while since I wrote this post explaining how to order ColourPop from South Africa, and I thought it was time to finally share an updated version.

I never expected that post to become as popular as it did, but it seems it has and many people DM on Instagram asking questions about their order. As I always say, I’m no expert and for the most part I’m just sharing my own experience so it will ultimately differ from person to person.

Best coffee places in JHB

Don’t expect me to rattle off a list of places that are super unique or quirky, because I’m still looking for that. Rather, these coffee shops are places I frequent to go and work or for a little catch up over endless coffee and cake with friends on weekday evenings.

I’m not an entirely difficult person to impress, so these places are quaint spots that have a charm – even thought they’re totally considered mainstream.
